1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Organic Intel ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to use this Service. If you are under 18, you represent that a parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn we have collected such information, we will promptly delete it.

3. Description of Service

Organic Intel is an AI news platform that monitors, analyzes, and reports on developments in artificial intelligence. We produce original editorial content informed by multiple published sources. All article summaries and analysis are generated by AI and link to original sources.

4. User Accounts

• You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.
• You must not share your account credentials.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Scrape, crawl, or automatically access the Service beyond normal use
• Circumvent rate limits or access controls
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service

6. Content, Copyright and DMCA

All article summaries and analysis are generated by AI. Original article content belongs to the respective publishers. We produce original editorial content informed by multiple published sources, always linking to and crediting the original source.

If you believe your copyrighted work has been used in a way that constitutes infringement, send a written notice to our designated DMCA agent:

Your notice must include:

1. A description of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
2. The URL(s) on our site where the material appears.
3. Your contact information (name, address, phone, email).
4. A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use is not authorized.
5. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf.
6. Your physical or electronic signature.

Upon receiving a valid notice, we will promptly remove or disable access to the material. If you believe content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notification to the same agent. If the complainant does not file a court action within 10–14 business days, we may restore the removed material. Users who are the subject of two or more valid takedown notices may have their accounts terminated.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms, with or without notice. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to access the Service ceases immediately. Bookmarks and user preferences are deleted within 30 days of account closure.

8. Disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. AI-generated analysis may contain inaccuracies. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any content.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Organic Intelligence Labs Pty Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising from or relating to the Service shall not exceed AUD $100.

10. Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms shall first be resolved through good faith negotiation. If unresolved within 30 days, disputes shall be submitted to the courts of Victoria, Australia, which shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. For material changes, we will provide at least 14 days' notice via email or a prominent notice on the Service before the changes take effect. Continued use of the Service after the notice period constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Victoria, Australia, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
